Replacement Policy

Thank you for purchasing a product from Ajkerdokan. If you change your mind for any reason, please follow the relevant points below for information on product return deadlines and the product return process.

1) You can get a replacement in case of a product problem. After receiving the delivery of the product, if there is any problem related to the quality or price of the product or the shelf life of the product, or the product is broken, torn, wrong size, the product does not work, the product does not match the picture, etc. Please return the product to the respective outlet within 7 days with your proof of purchase (sales invoice/order phone number).

2) The product must be in completely intact condition including the box.

3) You must mail to [email protected] within 48 hours maximum after receiving the delivery.

4) You must return the product to the Ajkerdokan office at your own risk within a maximum of 7 working days.

5) A maximum courier charge of Tk 80 within Dhaka and Tk 120 outside Dhaka will be refunded to the customer for sending the product to Ajkerdokan’s office.

Our complaints team will call you for any complaints related to products and services. For this reason, we want to keep you active on the phone until your complaint is resolved. If the number provided in your contact is not active, an alternate number must be active. If we do not receive any assistance from you by phone or email within 10 working days, we will consider your complaint closed.
